IMPOSTERS WITH FAKE NAMES

While we are tolerant over what readers comment, we have to draw a line when comments are made under someone else’s name. If this persists, we may have to remove the reader’s posting privileges. It is not fair for readers to put words into other reader’s mouths.

  2. I think you will find the Cyber bullying that you persist on letting happen against one “DARTH” is unacceptable as well, so perhaps you should police this sort of abuse. Funny how the people who perpetrate cyber bullying are the first to cry foul (DROPKICK SARGE) when things are reversed, be it in a more creative way instead of just openingly bullying.

    And unless DROPKICK SARGE HAS A BIRTH CERTIFICATE with the same name’ accusing posters of false identities is comical in its self!

  13. using a multitude of names to post and harassing someone repeatedly for over a year on a site like this makes people who do this idiots. if u didnt do this..u shouldnt be taking the word idiot to heart? why do u feel insulted when u see that word unless it refers to u? who exactly is being insulted? u say similar behavior.. similar to what u have been doing for the last year or more? thats exactly the problem. its why the staff has threatened to stop allowing comments. what dont u understand here? u are ruining this for everyone. i hardly think it was 2 days of peace. did u look at the comments in those 2 days? what peace? who are u to say theyre unwarranted? dave suggested to me that i ignore u idiots. and for the most part.. i will.

  16. no it doesnt pertain to my postings. i dont use other names. i only use one. i dont post repeatedly and ad nauseum. i dont do what u do. i dont attack provoke harass etc. profanity isnt the problem. my accusations are accurate and deliberate. theres nothing wrong with them. they are not the problem here. theyre directed at u and those like u. theyre not the problem. u are. my behavior isnt the problem. what u are doing is the problem.

To some degree, it remains my favorite must-view site for rare music, and I’m forever grateful for it’s existence, but as Bob would have it, “things have changed.” Until late last year, the posters generally exercised civil restraint and never engaged in pissy personal attacks. I’m taking no sides, naming no names, but am requesting that it must stop or have the postings deleted. I know it’s a cliche, but people, IT’S ABOUT THE MUSIC, not you.
