Here is some prime Miles Davis Second Quintet in its first European tour. This is a short but (of course) very sweet set from the same tour that produced Miles in Berlin. This was rebroadcast in 2019, and I am grateful to an unnamed source for the files.

  6. Every member of this quintet was a brilliant musician in his own right and together… this quintet was among the all time greats. It is curious that their studio work was more groundbreaking while their live performances leaned more on standards — “Autumn Leaves” — but always worth listening to.
