Marty Robbins was one of the most popular and successful country and western singers for most of his nearly four-decade career, which spanned from the late 1940s to the early 1980s. He was also an early outlaw country pioneer. He passed away in December 1982; he was 57.

Floyd Cramer’s signature playing style was a cornerstone of the pop-oriented “Nashville sound” of the 1950s and 1960s. As a studio musician, he became one of a cadre of elite players dubbed the Nashville A-Team and he performed on scores of hit records. He passed away in 1997, he was 64.

By Derrick on Jan 1, 2022

  31. Most probably ain’t Anti and triple h either

By Derrick on Jan 1, 2022

  32. They should all get what Joe Pesci got in Casino

By Derrick on Jan 1, 2022

  33. Or what dirty laundrie got in the Florida swamp , the gators doin the honors

By Derrick on Jan 1, 2022

  34. That said I agree that motherfuckin coon rappers shouldn’t be in no rock and roll hall of fame . What kind of bullshit is that ? Fuck Madonna is in for fucks sake . No ELP is bullshit . They should have been in years ago . The Moody Blues finally got in after bein fucked in the ass for years . Rappers in the hall is bullshit Anti , triple h . Also no Jethro Tull in yet . Is you kidding me ?

By Derrick on Jan 1, 2022

  35. How’s bout Cactus , Ten years after , sabbath? All should be in . Think Sabbath is in not sure

By Derrick on Jan 1, 2022

  36. Also CSNY, Steve Miller Band , should be in , Airplane , doors , credence Clearwater, all should be in

By Derrick on Jan 1, 2022

  37. Derrick mentioned the moody blues RIP Graham Edge , drummer for the moody blues . He passed away in November, barely over a month ago . It went under the radar as Charlie Watts died around the same time and got the bigger headlines . Edge was a great drummer in his own right . Thank goodness he lived long enough to see the group inducted. Ray Thomas who played the flute passed in 2018. Only Justin Hayward and John Lodge remain . It’s sad getting older and seeing these legends go .

By Thomas on Jan 1, 2022

  38. Hey Anti and Derrick, not me either until now on this post . Also this year G Gordon Liddy and Donald Rumsfeld passed away . Liddy of course was a watergate conspirator, former FBI agent , turned actor and talk show host . I used to listen to his radio show in the nineties. It came on just before Rush Limbaugh, Rush of course also passed away this year . Very tough year for great people lost .

By HHH on Jan 1, 2022

  39. Rumor has it G Gordon had a Big Un

    By U L E on Jan 1, 2022

  40. Rumor has it Rush had a Average Un

    By U L E on Jan 1, 2022

  41. Who spreads all these rumors?

    By Jocko P on Jan 1, 2022

  42. I made the comment bout ELP not being in the HOF. It blew my mind that those fuckin monkey hip hoppers are in the HOF. Sabbath and Jefferson Airplane are in. Alvin Lee not in the hall is a travesty. Steve Marriott, Peter Frampton and Humble Pie.

By The AntiChrist on Jan 1, 2022

  43. Don’t think that Donny Osmond or Justin Beiber are in the HOF either. It just makes me mad.

By HHH on Jan 1, 2022

  44. And Derrick, they should all get what Christopher Plummer got in my all time favorite movie, The Sound Of Music.

By HHH on Jan 1, 2022

  45. What did Christopher Plummer get in THe Sound of Music

    By Jocko P on Jan 1, 2022

  46. So Anti , Alvin Lee and Ten Years after ain’t in ? Is that true ? Also no humble pie , Frampton etc ? Is you shittin me ? Frampton comes alive was one of the biggest albums of all time . It was probably the first blockbuster album ever . It set the stage for monster selling albums like Rumours , Saturday night fever , The Wall and thriller. Frampton should be in the Hall for that album alone, but he was also in humble pie . Also ten years after . Space in time and Cricklewood green . Blues rock don’t get much better than that . They also should be in

By Derrick on Jan 2, 2022

  47. Think Alvin Lee is dead , ain’t sure though

By Derrick on Jan 2, 2022

  48. Knew bout Charlie Watts dying. Didn’t know bout Graham Edge . It didn’t get much publicity, just like the moody blues never did in their heyday

By Derrick on Jan 2, 2022

  49. Coon rappers gettin in the rock n roll hall of fame and Alvin Lee and ten years after , ELP and Frampton and humble pie not in is a fuckin disgrace. Rap ain’t rock , also what the fuck is Madonna doin in and Rikki Lee Jones not bein in ? Also Is Joni Mitchell in ?aint exactly rock but more deserving than fuckin Madonna

By Derrick on Jan 2, 2022

  50. Is Britney Spears in ? Miley Cyrus ? Arainna Grande ? Katie Perry ? Beiber etc Thats where ‘this shit is headed . You got voters now who was born in the fuckin 90s and 2000ns . It’s the same in sports , young ass voters who keep puttin these modern day nfl coons in the football hall of fame . That’s why it took 35 years for Drew Pearson to finally get in and why Chuck Howley, Lee Roy Jordon and Mad dog Mike Curtis still ain’t in . It’s shameful

By Derrick on Jan 2, 2022

  51. It took Green Bay packers guard Jerry Kramer 50 fuckin years to finally get in . Kramer was all pro every year and voted to the all century team , yet it took 50 years to get in the hall . It took players that played against him campaigning for him like Bob Lilly , Merlin Olsen etc to get him in

By Derrick on Jan 2, 2022

  52. Derrick, are you in any Hall Of Fame ??

By HHH on Jan 2, 2022

  53. Its true Derrick. all the things that I said and you confirming is a travesty.Alvin Lee passed a few years ago as well as Steve Marriott. Fuckin Madonna is in. I just looked it up. Cactus, Grand Funk Tull are not in. I feel so bad that Keith Emerson Blew his brains out because he felt the nerve damage he had would not allow him to play like he used to. Listen to Rondo, America, Karn Evil, Tarkus. He’s playing so fast and I saw him in the spinning piano and sticking daggers in the keyboards to hold down a note

By The AntiChrist on Jan 2, 2022

  54. Mike Curtis not in the Hall. He was a quarterbacks nightmare. I wish I was jokin about the other rock groups but cant figure why they have been snubbed. Mountain with Leslie and Felix are you kidding.
