PETER AND GORDON
Stockholm 1964 [no label, 1CD]
Live at the Konserthuset, Stockholm, Sweden; August 28, 1964. Very good FM broadcast.
Thanks to mforss2001 for sharing the tracks at Dime.
mforss2001 noted:
This is no Hi-Fi recording to speak of. Found it on a Reel To Reel that was recorded from radio back in 1964. With warts and all here is Peter & Gordon. This was an half-hour show shared by two artists, Peter & Gordon and Alma Cogan.

gv0000, Dime:
The radio broadcast recorded at the Konserthuset in Stockholm was from either the 7:00 pm or the 9:30 pm performance on Friday August 28, 1964, or a combination of the two. I suspect that the radio broadcast was in November 1964.

Peter and Gordon were a British pop duo, composed of Peter Asher and Gordon Waller (1945–2009), who achieved international fame in 1964 with their first single, the million-selling single “A World Without Love”. The duo had several subsequent hits in America in the British Invasion era including “I Go to Pieces”, “Lady Godiva”, “Woman”, “True Love Ways” and “Nobody I Know”.
Peter Asher subsequently became head of A&R for Apple Records. He continued his career as a recording executive in California, where he managed and produced Linda Ronstadt and James Taylor throughout the 1970s and 1980s. Asher also produced recordings for Cher, 10,000 Maniacs, and Diana Ross. Gordon Waller died of a heart attack on July 17, 2009 in Ledyard, Connecticut, at the age of 64. - wikipedia

Everyone is prejudiced. Including you! Prejudices are useful, because they help you keep things simple. But they can also influence the way we behave towards certain people, and that can be dangerous. Fortunately, there is something you can do. Below, we describe the three steps you can take.
The first and most important step in the fight against everyday prejudices is to recognise them, and to acknowledge that we are all affected by them. Everyone has definite ideas about certain groups of people that never apply to all members of that group. If you are, and remain, aware of this fact, you have already taken the biggest step.
The second step is to try to make sure that your own prejudices do not determine your behaviour. Prejudice should never lead to exclusion or discrimination against others. Also, make sure that you do not spread your own prejudices.
Step three: react! If someone around you hurts other people, insults entire groups, or uses prejudice to define them, react. Oppose them! React in your own circle of friends and acquaintances, respond on social media.
