Champagne, Reefer And A Red Headed Woman [The Godfather Records G.R. 832/833, 2CD]

Live at the 02 Arena, London, UK; November 29, 2012. IEM (in ear monitor - soundboard)/AUD Matrix. Excellent audio.

An audience recording of this show was previously shared here.

This is an audio upgrade, a soundboard-audience matrix, just out from Godfather Records. And it sounds great.

Thanks to Andrea82 who shared the tracks at Dime and to AMMMMM for the artwork.

  3. taking the ppv and making an audio of it then dividing it into 2 tracks works nicely as well. i did this and while i could have separated it into individual tracks i didnt bother. i just made 2 long mp3’s out of it. first one 13 songs long was 77mins. 2nd one 72mins was songs 14-23. if i had worked a little harder at it i coulda put the intros on cd1 and left a little more room on cd2 for the 2 songs from 12-12-12. that was 9mins40secs. but i didnt. the 2 cds came out perfectly however.
i sent these mp3s to a few friends including some here. hope u enjoy them. i also sent u the hdtv video from the ppv. enjoy that too.
im sure coachella will be recorded via sbd tv fm web etc. on april 12th. lets look fwd to that.

  4. I like both versions. There is something to be said for the live concert experience, with bass and drums pounding off the walls and the cheering and clapping in unison. Don’t forget that is the sound they are aiming for. Of course, with a clean source for the sound, like the studio, you’re in control of how you want to hear it, whether it be the car or home. How cool that Big O gave us both! Thanks!

  10. Thank you very much! Would love to see the pay-per-view show from Newark, New Jersey posted here if you can swing it.

  11. Thanks for making this available. I was at this show (I was also at the London gig on the 25th and the PPV gig in NJ). This was the best of the three shows I saw. Here is why (my review): Boldly going where no band has gone before: Keith Richards leads the Rolling Stones into their 50th year with two bow-down London gigs

  12. PPV soundboard with tracking and covers is available on the T.U.B.E. site. The sounds way better than expected. The smell of money permiates the air. Keep trying to see video but the wrestlers keep taking sites down. Hulk-a-Mania indeed!

  13. i check tube every day usually a few times a day and they have not posted the ppv yet. not in video nor audio. u might be thinking of a different site. or perhaps someone posted it in the interactive box on the right side near the top of the page. but as a regular item in the main listings.. no. this has not happened.

  14. ok NOW the stones ppv is on tube in a format that can be burned to bluray. with some extra effort it can be burned to a dvd. they have not posted an audio version of the show there yet. they did give instructions on the procedure to make a dvd once the item is dl’d.
i sent the avi which can easily be converted to a dvd to a few friends in hd quality. i also sent it in 2 parts so it could easily be burned to 2 cds. 77mins and 72mins. i didnt break it down to individual tracks however. i just broke it down to 2 files. both mp3’s. quality is fine. volume is slightly low but its still fine. im very happy with the results. i have the few hilites as separate songs on my computer that i can put on another cd if i wish. i was thinking of doing that as well.
