After getting it right with the Thelonious Monk post ‘ this post reverts back to the norm . Meaning another abomination. Incoherent noise pollution being described as Jazz . This is not Jazz and dosent have my approval. A big thumbs down .

Guess we were waiting for that. Ha ha ha some one who thinks Johnson, Ellis and Adderley are too ‘modern’ for him. Over thirty year old exploration of Be-bop is ‘incoherent noise pollution’? ha ha ha. You couldn’t make it up! None of it needs your approval either ha ha ha . . . .so funny
to paraphrase our Bob
“And don’t criticize
What you can’t understand
. . .
Please get out of the new one
If you can’t lend your hand
For the Times they are a’changing”
Have you tried Jerry Garcia’s ‘Old and In The Way’? No? thought not

I stand by my statements. Not real Jazz at all . If you want to hear actual Jazz ‘ Listen to the recent earlier posts here from Thelonous Monk and Wes Montgomery. Both great . They make up half of the Mt Rushmore of Jazz artists.

Nobody can touch Monk / Montgomery/ Coltrane/ Davis / Parker / Cannonball. All them brothers . Don’t know much about these dudes but if they’s black they’s good in my book . No honky whites ‘ Euros ‘ Wops ‘ Spicks ‘ Krauts ‘ Micks ‘ Jews ‘ Arabs or Chinks can play Jazz . Jazz was meant to be played by the brothers.

now now, you boys, settle down and play nice. You boys need to get together over a nice plate of hot sausages and talk out your differences in a friendly manner.
